NEW HOLIDAYS HOME 23 : La Bastide de Gourlon is part of a large Provençal Bastide outside the village (2.3km) on a large estate. (45000m2) Leaning against a hill, it overlooks the Gourlon valley and its 1500m2 vines. La Bastide Gourlon faces east and south-east with its terraces and its annex "Cabanon Gourlon" renovated for your comfort. Ideal house for family holidays or between friends. Starting point for bike or motorbike rides to discover the Green Provence or our pretty winding roads in the hinterland of the Verdon.

The house invites you through its terrace to the north, to enter through its living room with TV, WIFI and its open fireplace, pleasant in winter for a "romantic wood fire" atmosphere, and a direct access to the south terrace by french window, with its iron table and chairs. The terrace is also accessible by the full equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and appliances, coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, kettle toaster) and dining room (table and 10 chairs)

A wooden staircase goes upstairs to a mezzanine and a double bedroom : with Air conditioning
- Room 1 : Double bed with an ensuite shower room with WC
- Mezzanine : with 2 sofas, which one could be a doublebed 140x190, and a TV
A staircase goes down to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with direct access to the pool-level terrace :

In the corridor a family bathroom and a separate WC and the cellar-laundry where you have the extra fridge, the freezer and the washing machine plus the iron & Table for ironing.

Between the pool level terrace and the pool, a gate takes you to the "Cabanon Gourlon" which has been renovated and very comfortably equipped with air-conditioning : kitchen area (coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, 2 hotplates, microwave, crockery and kitchen equipment) table and chairs, access to a terrace to the east with table and chair, the living room with its bay window overlooking the vineyards of the Domaine, access to the terrace to the south with its deckchairs.

Swimming pool area and poolhouse:
The pool whose mesure : 8m x 5m wide is secured by an NF rolling cover, surrounded by a large paved beach for its sunbeds and an umbrella near the table and chairs close to the well-equipped pool house (fridge, dishwasher, 2 electric plates and the BBQ)
This area promise you rest, relaxation and happiness.

The car park is wide enough to welcome several cars (3 to 4) which can be sheltered under a majestic century-old oak tree.
