In the heart of vineyard country, totally private renovated bastide surrounded by the estate's old stone olive tree terraces, wild flower fields, fruit and cyprus trees and walks along oaks.
You have the space and privacy to relax and experience the very special ambiance, but still only a short distance from the festive village of Cotignac.

The spacious stone bastide is placed to capture the sunrise and sunset, embracing a garden , lawn, old stone well and patio terraces shaded by splendid trees around the large swimming pool. The house is in the very middle of the grounds enjoying total privacy and silence of nature away from roads and lights but accessed by a small chemin and long driveway suitable for all but the lowest of super cars.
3 double bedrooms, 2 singles which include the pigeon tower, 3 bath/shower rooms, country kitchen, dining room/library,sitting room, large salon dominated by two full timber beams and a fireplace and family room giving onto 12m pool. The pool has covered and open surrounding tiled terraces for sunbathing, relaxing and outdoor eating.
Garden lawn under shade of linden, walnut and cypress trees with a further olive and fruit orchard below, with further open grass for larger games. Double car port and all on flat land giving on to endless walks and riding trails as far as the surrounding villages. 4.5 km bike ride to Cotignac village and weekly market.
All amenities and comforts with WiFi (but limited TV); well mannered pets considered; endless activities for everyone's taste and needs, with pure serenity.
