Absolute tranquility at the Mas du Perigoulier, located on a plot of 1ha. Less than 10 minutes walking from the Spar supermarket, this Mas offers all the charm of traditional houses in Provence !
On the ground floor :
- functional kitchen opening onto the covered terrace, dishwasher equipment, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave
- a warm lounge with direct access to the terrace
- a master suite* with aircon with a king size double bed (180x200), a bathroom with bath and shower, a TV lounge with sofa bed
- separate wc
- a technical room around the kitchen (access from the outside), with washing machine and American fridge
The floor is accessed by an outside staircase :
- 2 beautiful double rooms* with aircon in between (dim. beds 1 double 180x200, 2 single 120x190) share a shower room with toilet, overlooking the olive grove.
The exteriors are :
- a beautiful covered terrace in the south with a dining area (plancha available)
- a large swimming pool (dim. 10x6, prof. 1,50-2,50) and its sun-bath beds to enjoy the sun of Provence
- a hammock installed in the shade of oaks for a nap at the sound of cicadas
- an outdoor shower
- Equipment available: 2 bikes, petanque balls, board games
Extra charges :
End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
The house linen is optional (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and kitchen clothes), Pool towel
Our prices are dispensed in 2 parts :
- Rent, insurance, guaranty - to be paid in advance
- Extra charges (end of stay cleaning, house linen, tourist tax, others) - to be paid at the arrival

Nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de ce mas dont la terrasse est bien agréable et qui résiste bien aux grosses chaleurs.
La taille de la piscine au sel permet de faire des longueurs et nous avons pu disposer de tout le confort LV LL gsee more

La taille de la piscine au sel permet de faire des longueurs et nous avons pu disposer de tout le confort LV LL grands réfrigérateurs 2 vélos... Un seul point le WiFi est parfois un peu capricieux mais a quand même été suffisant pour que notre fils puisse y passer une semaine en télétravail. La proximité du village accessible à pied en 25 minutes est bien agréable, de même que celle du petit centre commercial. Un excellent séjour! |
