The second house, the Bastidon, is a small independent house overlooking a shaded terrace. On the ground floor, a two-room apartment consisting of a bedroom with a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a dining area and its small kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs with a separate bathroom and toilet (independent entrance).
The Bastidon is fully air-conditioned.
Outdoor spaces:
The domain is enclosed and secure, away from the road, it ensures calm and tranquillity.
The Mazet, like the Bastidon, has a shaded area and a dining table for you to rest and have lunch.
With its 15m swimming lane, the pool is suitable for swimming as well as bathing for children. The pool is secured by a rolling shutter when not in use and you have an outdoor shower. Two day lounges border the pool and invite you to relax.
Near the Mazet, a small building is dedicated to sport and relaxation: a room is equipped with a rowing machine and an elliptical bike as well as a wood-heated sauna.
