The village:
Between the Verdon Gorges and the Côte-d'Azur, at the foot of an impressive tufa cliff, the colourful facades of Cotignac give this artists' village all its character. Cotignac has been certified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France since 2022.
During the summer season, there is almost a special event every day: artisan market twice a week, flea market every Sunday, pottery market etc... The Les Toiles du Sud Festival, open-air cinema, the Theatre under the Stars Festival and other concerts offer their rich and varied programmes where everyone can find their pleasure.

The houses:

The first house for rent is called Le Mazet. This house is located in the centre of an olive grove. It consists of 3 bedrooms with designer decor and creator furniture. Each room has an independent entrance, air conditioning, bathroom with toilets, television.
A beautiful living space with lounge and kitchen opens onto a large terrace shaded by a pergola.

The second house, the Bastidon, is a small independent house overlooking a shaded terrace. On the ground floor, a two-room apartment consisting of a bedroom with a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a dining area and its small kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs with a separate bathroom and toilet (independent entrance).
The Bastidon is fully air-conditioned.

Outdoor spaces:

The domain is enclosed and secure, away from the road, it ensures calm and tranquillity.

The Mazet, like the Bastidon, has a shaded area and a dining table for you to rest and have lunch.

With its 15m swimming lane, the pool is suitable for swimming as well as bathing for children. The pool is secured by a rolling shutter when not in use and you have an outdoor shower. Two day lounges border the pool and invite you to relax.

Near the Mazet, a small building is dedicated to sport and relaxation: a room is equipped with a rowing machine and an elliptical bike as well as a wood-heated sauna.
